SCOPE OF WORK
The work includes the following features and incidental related work.
The project shall perform exterior and interior repairs for Building 764
(Weapons Bn Supply Warehouse) which is a metal skinned U-shaped building
approximately 10,000 SF. Current exterior wall skin consists of metal panels
installed over a steel engineered building framing system with steel windows,
oversized sliding and overhead doors, and concrete flooring. Provide for
demolition and new construction of exterior skin materials, with major
elements consisting of walls, windows, doors, and roofing, for minor site work,
and for minor interior renovation, consisting of new restroom(s), exterior and
interior lighting, security elements, and ventilation.
